Meet Tim
I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Mexico since 1998, and running my own business out of Cimarron since 2005. My wife and I are raising two boys which makes for a busy schedule. As a family we have epic adventures and love the lifestyle afforded to us by living in Colfax County. We try to pursue and enjoy the great recreation opportunities available up here including hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, hunting, scouting, baseball, basketball, football, skiing, and all manner of activities in between. Keeping up with this pace requires reliable all wheel drive vehicles, and although we seem a long way from a lot of places, I really enjoy how my job and the activities takes me to every community in the County and beyond. I am proud to call this North Eastern corner of New Mexico my home and will gladly share it with you.

I have a lot of listings and act as a sellers broker, but can also assist as a buyers broker in which case I would be paid at closing from the seller. I have extensive experience with land transactions and am knowledgeable with issues relating to irrigation water, hunting, State/Forest Service grazing leases and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. In addition I have experience in smaller recreational /retirement properties and some commercial in these smaller towns of North East new Mexico. Give me a call.
